2012 SPUD RUN ANNOUNCEMENT

Early arrivals Thursday May 24th Planned arrival Friday May 25th, Sat May 26th BBQ, Departure Sunday May 27th, Late Departure Mon May 28^th.

After several years at the Rodeway Inn we decided to make a change. No vacancies, deteriorating facilities for socialization and your recommendations lead me to discuss this with the founders of the Spud Run and the vote was to move. For those attending the recent WCC Convention in Boise, ID, you could see that the choice of the Doubletree was easy, nice rooms, large lobby to socialize (with bar and restaurant facilities, competitive prices, several nice restaurants in walking distance, etc). ROOM RATE: $64.00 extended to day before and day after.

ROOMS: Be specific on your room requests, they do have limited rooms overlooking the parking lots with patio doors. BBQ: This annual function will be hosted at the hotel, inside for inclement weather at a rate of $13.00 per person. Purchase tickets at front counter upon arrival

RODEWAY INN: NOTICE, if you made reservations upon your departure in May 2011, PLEASE CANCEL. They have been notified that we will not be utilizing their motel in the future but would need your individual cancellation.
